What is The Secularist?

The Secularist is a UK based media agency and a VIG project. We aspire to be the alternative and inclusive voice that bridges gaps and provides a platform for underrepresented voices, particularly women and minorities, in the English language.

Our Mission

We aim to be a beacon of hope and change in the world of media, committed to promoting and amplifying the voices and perspectives that advocate secularism, gender equality, and social justice in beyond. We aim to shed light on the rise of religious extremism and fundamentalism across the region, addressing issues of corruption, political manipulation, and the deprivation of rights for minority groups, women, children, and marginalised communities. Our mission is to confront and mitigate the impact of influential figures who sustain these injustices, often with the backing of diaspora communities.
